Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules for 3 MBS senior executives
- Organize and maintain an efficient schedule at all times
- Proactively engage in tasks in anticipation of business needs
- Manage highly confidential and critical information
- Organize and participate in meetings, taking minutes etc.
- Manage travel arrangements
- Act as first point of contact for leadership team queries
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Organize events and conferences
- Create and manage presentations, reports and databases using PowerPoint, Excel and Team sites
- Manage orders, expenses, purchasing process and receipts through SAP
- Ensure timely flow of information
- Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required
- Assure operational excellence towards senior business executives.

- Highly diplomatic with good communication skills
- Fluent English (Slovak would be an asset)
- Great in working with people
