Global Project Delivery Lead, Master Data Management

Information Technology & Solutions MDM Project Delivery Lead brings deep process and system knowledge of Master Data Management and leads a team of internal and external Solution Delivery Experts.

Candidate is responsible for the delivery of all projects through MDLZ and Partner teams for Master Data and Workflow solutions, capabilities and services to business areas and Mondelez Business Services organization. Services may include mass data conversions and updates while ensuring business process compliance with master data template and functional design.

Main responsibilities:

• Owns entire delivery life- cycle of all projects within the Master Data domains and related Workflow solutions with direct responsibility of managing the project budget, timeline, build quality, testing and operational readiness for all markets/regions in the delivery scope

• Owns the quality assurance with MDLZ & External partners in all phases of project delivery till project is successfully transitioned to sustain organization in Service Management & Operation function

• Implements new solutions as per the architecture designed by enterprise architects and solution architects, ensuring that new solution is cost optimized and easy to maintain

• Provides Level 3 applications support to Service Management & operations team when necessary

• Coordinates and aligns the plan & deliverables with cross-functional dependencies with ISC, Growth and Finance towers, Project services and Service Management & operations

• Responsible for the development of the resources within their team
