ISC FP&A Analyst provides a key service to the product cost controller and team on COGS analysis and product costing to ensure that they are aware of the changes in costs to take the relevant business decisions, including:
1. Defines and Issues Planning Timetable and Instructions to ISC teams
2. Consolidates product costing analysis for Annual Plan and budget updates
3. Consolidates analysis and commentary of monthly actual results and variances to plan
4. Provide other analysis / reports on product costing to ISC Finance as required
5. Supports ZBB analyses / reports for LA FME/ISC Overheads
Primary responsibilities:
Updates and provides harmonized templates
Is the primary point of contact for FiT system consolidation
Consolidates and co-ordinates collection processes for all KPI reporting
Qualification and skills:
Required:
University degree or equivalent, preferable in finance.
3+ years of functional experience in costing, accounting and financial controlling and FP&A, ideally in an international environment.
Comprehensive understanding of product costing in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
Well organised with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
Ability to work with different systems (SAP, BI, FiT, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Being a team player.
Proven track record of self-management and time management.
Proven drive for results.
Very strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle fast paced changing environment.
Preferred:
Good knowledge of product costing methodology in SAP.
Part / Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA.
Other EU languages (Spanish, Portuguese).
