Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Project Management in terms of foil and paper packaging optimization on a group level
• To reduce the cost related with foil packaging materials
• Work closely with sales, marketing and production to understand business objectives and and/or projects
• Analyze technical possibilities for foil and other packaging optimization on a group level and suggest best possible solutions
• Lead research & development in new foil packaging options
• Responsibility for assigned CAPEX and/or OPEX projects
• Act as a liaison between the sales, production and support functions in order to solve problems by participating in process improvement activities related with packaging materials
• Analyzing and tracking business opportunities, preparing price proposals, preparing presentations and making proposals for decision-making processes

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in economical or technical field of study
• 3+ years of previous product packaging manager experience
• Very good technical thinking and financial expertise
• Previous experience in FMCG industry with foil or paper packaging materials is a must
• Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Interpersonal skills to influence and change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• English language on upper-intermediate level
• 3+ years of previous product packaging manager experience
