We are currently looking for a S&OP Coordinator, based in Zilina, Slovakia
Your role in the future Metsä:
In this new role you will be responsible for: general assistant services at the mill, including communication network according to the need.
Your main duties and responsibilities will cover:
• Being an internal contact person for supporting functions
• Supporting and coordinating business travel services (information, guidance and training)
• Coordinating meetings and travels for company management and external guests
• Communications tasks upon need, instructed by Communications Manager / HR Manager
• Coordinating Mill visits
• Documents handling; internal / external / towards authorities
• Coordinating office services (incl. office related invoice handling)
• Responsibility for time management system data maintenance for the assigned departments
