Compensation & Benefit Specialist
Scope of work:
reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process and managing day-to-day compensation & benefits related activities. To be successful as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you should be able to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent. A top-notch candidate should have extensive experience leading compensation & benefits programs, along with excellent decision-making skills.
Your main responsibilty wil be:
• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation & benefits programs, bonus schemes, policies, and procedures.
• Developing and implementing new compensation & benefits programs, bonus schemes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefits related issues.
• Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
• Strong cooperation with the Controlling department.
• Developing profit-sharing, incentives, employees well-being, and performance management programs.
• Managing subordinates from HR department and daily operations related to compensation & benefits activities.
• Preparing budgets, reports and presentations.
What you should and have to have :-):
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager or a related role.
• Extensive knowledge of compensation & benefits programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
• Experience managing compensation & benefits in Human Resources Information System.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent english is a "must have".
