Technical Manager

We need to fill the very important position of Technical Manager at our company. We would like to offer this oportunity to the candidate with technical backround and experience in field of machine-building or automotive. We apreciate active personality capable of fair dealing. Main duties include:

• technical manager leads three departments - production engineering, metallurgical laboratory and automation (9 direct and 11 indirect subordinates, stable team)
• responsibility for development of new products, price calculations and offers in accordance with the customer requirements
• maintain technical documentation and production standards
• provide accurate progress updates and regular reports
• work in conjuction with other departments
• lead, motivate, communicate and develop the technical team to ensure that they are fully engaged to achieve best performance to meet the needs of the business

Which knowledge and experience will you need:

• extensive experience working at senior level within the machine-building industry or automotive
• experience of effectively leading and managing team
• technical education
• capability of motivation of yourself and the others as well, do not be afraid of taking responsiblity, lead by example
• active knowledge of English spoken and written, knowledge of German will be an advantage
