Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Monitoring and investigation of security incidents from various sources(User Reported, SIEM etc.) (T1)
- Ticket handling, responsibility for contacting both business and customers(users) (T1)
- Working with other internal Teams for evidence gathering and helping with Ad-hoc requests (T1)
- Reporting and communication with Team Leader and management

- Basic understanding of the network layers and OSI model
- Experience with first line support
- Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, understanding of attack methodology to be able to discern significant events or to understand the requirements.
- Troubleshooting skills - ability to dissect traffic e.g. tcpdump,wireshark .
- Python and Powershell scripting languages are a plus.
- Understanding of HTML,PHP,JS languages for webpage inspection
- Experience with first line support
