We are looking for interns to help us with the following:
COMPLIANCE:
- Providing support with projects preparation , implementation of new internal processes and procedures
- Preparation of supporting materials, reports and presentations
- Administrative support – documents preparation, filing, scaning, archiving
- Translations from/to English
DATA REPORTING:
- Individualized reports for the Business - ad hoc, out of standardized regular reports
- Monthly reports preparation
- Preparation of quarterly aggregate spend report support
- Credits assignment to participants of scientific events
- Database synchronization – weekly basis
- ad hoc support based on Sales force requests
- Weekly data preparation for KPI reporting
