Job description, responsibilities and duties
Relationship management with existing clients (premium & solvent clients) mainly in the area of real estate investment consulting in Slovakia (potentially CEE market)
Active acquisition of new business partners, networking, farming of existing clients
Regular meetings with partners, realization of property inspections
Communication with selling and buying side
Complex preparation of tailor-made contract agenda
Overseeing of legal matters within transactions
Continuous real estate market analysis in cooperation with internal analytical department
Reporting to Country Manager
