What you need to know about MATSUKO

- World-class team, coming from Ubisoft (creators of Assassins’ Creed), Intel, Google, YouTube, Forbes 30 under 30, etc.
- Software is a patent-pending ML, cloud-based, integrated app that turns video conferences (Zoom, Webex, etc.) into realistic 3D experiences using very complex crazy AI and one of the best real-time 3D communications applications.
- Given the push for 5G applications by the telecoms and the confluence of online meetings and “Zoom fatigue”, this is the right place, right time product ready to be launched.

We’re looking for a passionate, professional Marketing Manager who will inspire people across the globe to use our product. Our new Marketing Manager will be in close cooperation with Marketing agencies to promote our product and will ensure that the whole world knows our product.

Your mission is to
- Communicate with the world's best agency to bring the world's first holographic meeting app to companies and homes and thus, to change how people meet, communicate and collaborate.
- promote our early access program for early adopters
- onboard application to selected companies within the world (progressive companies, hybrid mode of work)
- create totally interesting video together with a marketing agency that makes the whole world know that we are about to experience something we have never seen before
- onboard MATSUKO to TechCrunch, Forbes, EU and US market
- create a call for action that is immediately visible for everyone, including investors.
- partner with cross-functional teams and international partners to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies.
- partner with a marketing agency to develop content strategy and specific tactics as well as style guides.
- work with marketing agencies and analytics to set KPIs and benchmarks for tactics and programs; gather analytics and metrics for reporting.
- leverage internal tools to inform strategies, drive optimization, and support real time marketing objectives.
- identify and share digital marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- play a key role in executing multi-touch campaigns — nurturing audiences at every stage.
- become a campaigns operations master, managing and building campaign distribution lists, prospect and customer lead flows and tracking and reporting all campaign results.
- contribute to building process documentation, creating and updating ops-focused documentation and marketing user enablement checklists, and video walkthroughs.
- support implementation of new technologies and ways of working across the marketing organization.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- fluent English Language
- experience utilizing marketing SaaS applications, either in agency or vendor environments
- min 3 years experience in B2B demand generation, event management and/or campaign program role
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills and a desire for end-to-end ownership of projects from campaign planning through execution and follow-up
