Technical Project Manager

MATSUKO is the creator of the holographic communication that fills in the missing element in video conferences - bringing people closer to each other and improving remote collaboration. Our product is the world’s most realistic human 3D hologram for all remote communication needs and the best way to connect face to face even when being kilometers away from each other.

We’re looking for a passionate, professional Technical Project Manager, who loves to plan and overcome any kind of blocking issues. You will be in close cooperation with our Product team and will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your role is to:

- identify and plan short and long-term delivery flow strategy, priorities, objectives and requirements;
- be responsible for capacity planning and realistic Scope Management
- be in charge of the following processes: Daily standups; Milestone planning, review, retrospectives, backlog grooming
- provide insights to Product Manager about blockers impacting the team’s ability to deliver
- implement Scrum best practices and tailor them to fit the specific needs of product and team
- define project communication plans and execute accordingly (e.g. roadmap workshops, steering committees, release and sprint reports, project status reports)
- take care of meetings logistics, minutes, follow-up on documents or JIRAs organization
- be responsible for management of project activities to meet project scope and schedule success criteria;
- ensure teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery while being responsible for continuous improvement of team practices.
- help the product owner and product team to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- ensure that we are in compliance with a product roadmap
- lead the product team to self-organization
- help the teams to identify and fill in gaps
