• Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and road transport procedures.
• Quality focused, using IQSMS program and KPI.

Job brief
We are looking for a flexible, competent and fast learner Logistics Employee to support CARGO operations of our company. You will be the one coordinating, organizing and monitoring the effective distribution of goods within EU.
A great asset for a Logistics Employee is their organization, planning, communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in EU customs & road transport principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor pick-up’s & deliveries of EU shipments. You make your planning in a very optimize way to reach the perfect balance between your customer’s satisfaction and budget.
• You research road transport solutions, sending orders and closely monitoring the on-time execution of those deliveries.
• Ensuring resources, assets and communications are used effectively.
• Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and road transport procedures.
• Quality focused, using IQSMS program and KPI.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, collaborators etc. to achieve profitable deals, results and mutual satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Foreign trade either a proven experience as logistics agent or dispatcher.
• Knowledge of EU customs regulations and transport documents will be appreciated.
• Ability to work with little/no supervision and track multiple tasks.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP), Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Communication in Russian constitute a strong asset
• Customer service and quality oriented
• Great team player
• Stress resistant
• Flexible (ready to work week-ends or night shifts).
• Immediately available to take over this mission.
