Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Provide Service & 2" level Support, participate in global projects in the specific subject area and contributes with knowledge in that field, to secure that Service / projects can be completed as expected and within the timeframe.
• Designs & develops complex IT solutions in Cloud Services with Focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Provide Infrastructure as Code in Azure Dev0ps environment
• Contributes in the development of standards, guidelines and policies that enable the achievement of highest quality, within own subject area.
• Participates & available in Team Call Outs and provide Out of office Hours support, including weekend & public holidays, as required for the global service independently if the situation demands
• Is capable of independently acquiring knowledge on new areas where Global Windows & Cloud Infrastructure owns the service, which may/ may not have been in scope of service portfolio
• Capacity Management, Optimisation & cost reduction in Windows infrastructure, License management and audit support with ownership of closure of audit points
• Establish E2E Infrastructure & E2E Process Monitoring and Solution knowledge
• Availability and continuity planning for specific technologies in Server and Platform Operations
(Disaster Scenario Management)

Experience
• Should have overall 3 - 5 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
• Deep technical expertise in a specific area or broad experience of multiple areas related to the

• Experience in working in both onshore and offshore team in relevant technology area
• Technical know-how & strong hands-on experience on Windows Server Platforms
• Scripting and development skills in a DevOps environment (PowerShell skills preferred)
• Technical know-how & hands-on experience on Public Cloud Services (Azure, AWS)
• Awareness of the IS strategy and how different teams integrate and interact (market standard best practice)
• Knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area. In depth knowledge of trends and developments within own IT subject area.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills (English Must) both written and spoken
• Good presentation skills
