Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer in strong automotive company in Kechnec

Main responsibilities:
• Audit and visit the suppliers to ensure their following of the quality requirement of company. Claim and follow the component claims.

Roles and tasks:
Audit:
• In case of new suppliers, in case of re-certification of the suppliers or in case of specific claim, visit the supplier factories and perform process audit using the company standards.
• Elaborate and report the audit results; work with the supplier on the resolution of the non satisfactory audit items.
• Update the company's data base of supplier audit.

Claim management:
• In case of component claim, manage the communication and component shipment between the plants and the supplier.
• Request supplier analysis and 8D reports according to the company's standards; verify the rightness of the applied actions until full resolution of the claim.
• Supervise the containment actions within company with the incoming inspection department, especially track all the costs related to claims and follow the payment of the claim costs by the suppliers.

Folow up of the suppliers:
• Request and verify the rightness of the component PPAP.
• Certify regularly the supplier process by auditing.

Reporting:
• Update the monthly report and database of MM (defective components, PPM, action plans, cost management, etc.).
• Participate actively to the general valuation of the supplier panel of company.
