The whole communication is via telephone, from your office in Brno. The whole time you can get support from young and friendly colleagues originate from all over the world.

Ability to work on PC and adopt new technical knowledge. Advantage! If you have technical education, experience in customer care, or native level of English, we will place a monetary value on it.
