Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Manager for Recruitment, Sales and Marketing is responsible for:
• Execution, development, scale-up of recruiting activities targeted on university students and young professionals (job placement, focus groups, other)
• Recruitment to Nexteria Leadership Academy - attracting top university students from diverse fields to join 3-year Leadership Academy program (focus on business, IT and social sciences fields)
• Execution of event campaigns for Nexteria events – e.g. Night of Chances career fair, events organized within IT Career Club, other ad-hoc events
• Concept development and delivery of Marketing & Sales Career Club, activities targeted on university students and young professionals in the field of Marketing & Sales
• Developing and refining Nexteria marketing communication in professional manner.

Major Responsibilities
•Plan, deliver and achieve defined goals in recruitment, career club and campaigns
•Build and lead junior recruitment team
•Design and build a CRM database to support recruiting and campaign activities
•Design and execute strategies to identify, target, cultivate and influence top students, set up a system and monitor our awareness and attractiveness for top talents, if necessary organize focus groups and quantitative research
• Design, implement and manage online content and communication (web, facebook)
• Design and manage production of all Nexteria marketing materials (e.g. video spots, posters, leaflets, billboards)
• Closely cooperate with other team members, mainly project managers responsible for content and delivery of Leadership Academy, Night of Chances, IT Career Club
• Communicate with business partners to meet their expectations related e.g. to NLA, NOC and Career Clubs or placement of Nexteria candidates to partners’ vacant positions.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in marketing, sales or product management with excellent track-record
• Experience with recruitment activities
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast‐paced, results-oriented culture
• Strong alignment to Nexteria mission, vision and core values

Teach for Slovakia is a member of a global Teach For All network present in over 61 countries. The key initiative of our organization is a two-year full-time leadership program, for which we recruit top graduate talent from universities of various studies ranging from business, law, psychology to liberal arts among others. Program participants teach at our partner elementary schools across the country while receiving regular and intense training and mentoring.
