Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Manage and assist the demand planning - short and long term planning
* Maintain and guarantee effective use of all demand planning system functionality
* Ensure good communication and collaboration within Supply Chain and with Sales and Marketing
* Manufacturing and Finance
* Develop and maintain the forecast of demand
* Owns and facilitates monthly S&OP forecast consensus process resulting in a rolling 18 month demand plans
* Track monthly forecast error results versus established targets and identify and report
* Play a lead role in the monthly demand agreement process
* Hire, train and mentor new demand planners
* Maintain and guarantee effective use of all demand planning system functionality

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field. MBA/advanced degree a plus.
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Personality requirements and skills
* Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
* 5+ years of Demand Planning/Supply Chain Operations with management work experience
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, Access, and Word
* Fluent in English written and spoken C1/B2
* Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge
* Understanding of multiple regression models
* Consumer products forecasting and/or supply chain operations experience
* Experience with any forecasting application or supply planning software and/or SAP, IBP, DP
* People management experience
* 5+ years of Demand Planning/Supply Chain Operations with management work experience
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, Access, and Word
* Fluent in English written and spoken C1/B2
* Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge
