Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Regular and ad hoc creditworthiness assessment of customers to support approval of credit limits
- Information search, its analysis and subsequent recognition of key factors for decision making
- Improvement of credit risk management processes, development of tools and credit management awareness within the organization
- Monitoring of customers with high credit exposures and high-risk profile
- Seeking consensus with sales and other stakeholders on made proposals
- Support other credit management tasks (disputed and open items related to quality, shipping, pricing, monitoring customer accounts, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum secondary education in field of economics / accounting / management (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with business / financial background
- Orientation in the financial statements and knowledge of accounting principles
- Analytical thinking, decision-making capability
- Ability to find the balance between risk and commercial interest
- Communication skills, proactive approach
- Fluency in English language (verbal & written)
- Any other European language is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP or other ERP system will be an advantage
