Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Strategy, planning and controlling of capacities in connection with the supply planning process from the headquarter
* Innovation Management (processes, technology)
* Driving the process and technology development
* Controlling of costs and production
* Coordination & management of safety at work, health, fire safety and environment protection
* Coordination and linking of the functions finance, procurement, support, FM-IH, F&E, Chemistry, waste management, R&D and HR – cross-linked to Amstetten but independent
* Management of strategic investments for the future
* Coordination of planning and optimization of personnel and material costs
* Responsibility of profit & loss
* Responsibility for compliance with the law and with the rules and regulations of the authorities

* Knowledge of economics (budgeting) and commercial knowledge
* Excellent language skills in English. German language would be a great advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Experience in development and implementation of organizational changes
* Excellent Collaboration Skills (effectiveness), especially in regards to the management team
* Experience in project and process management
* Extensive experience & skilled in leadership
* Cultural sensitivity and being able to translate the leadership approach to the country
* Analytical thinker, decision-maker with power to put things into practice
* Proactive and hands-on mentality
