Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Administration of the main construction contracts including managing risk of contractual obligations relating to the project
* Ensure identification of standard and critical contractual/legal clauses to save the interest of the company,
* Cooperation with the Project Manager,
* Assess the contractual entitlement of potential claims and work out fully detailed claims & compare the on-going construction progress with contractually defined requirements,
* Prepare contractual claims,
* Communicate with Client’s representatives, internal specialists and decision-makers,
* Maintain a system for recording of contractual documents (Addendums/Variations/Instructions/Claims),
* Monitor and support legal issues related to construction projects

Personality requirements and skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of managing contracts in civil and infrastructure projects
* Advanced knowledge of contract management and knowledge of execution of contracts under Slovak Law
* Knowledge of FIDIC contract schemes
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of managing contracts in civil and infrastructure projects
