Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To execute the hiring plan for manufacturing site
- Searching candidates, leading the 1st round and arranging the 2nd round interviews
- Processing attendance and business trips
- Active participation in setting up HR processes in cooperation with other colleagues
- Coordination of the onboarding process in the Company
- Set up of training process, arrangment of legislative and other training, keep the evidence of training records and ensure compliance with law

Personality requirements and skills
- Min. 3 years seniority in active recruiting roles for manufacturing / automotive sector
- High awareness of labor law requirements in Slovakia
- Goal oriented and able to work autonomously
- Team worker and good communication skills
- Experience in green-field projects development would be an asset
- English language fluent, Spanish language is an asset
- Knowledge and experience of Human software is on advantage
- SAP knowledge is welcomed
