Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* The Commercial Director will be responsible for the reporting of all commercial and technical work to General Manager.
* - Ensure that the General Manager has relevant, timely and accurate management information.
* - Communicates with state authorities at TOP levels
* - Accountable for ensuring effective governance and processes in place for managing all existing commercial agreements for operated assets of the project (e.g. Design, Construction, Engineering, Transportation,…). This includes maximizing value, ensuring commercial obligations are met, identifying and managing risks, resolving disputes, establishing priorities and allocating appropriate resources
* - Monitor project financial performance in order to identify issues and solutions for the excellence tracking of the contract.
* - Ensure legally compliant implementation of contracts within the concession framework.
* - Leading relationships with third parties involved in the project.
* - Provide insight and support to business development efforts of the concessionaire teams.
* - Co-ordinate concession input into annual company Strategy Plan.
