* Manage the industrialization department (engineering, PLC programming and automation technique)
* Control the production process and put in place the necessary tools to improve production organisation like SMED and HOSHIN
* Increase the technical level of the plant (integration of electronics)
* Planify needs in equipment investments
* Reduction of costs
* Ensure safety of people and equipment
* Team management (Process engineers, PLC programmers and technicians)
