Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Overall responsibility for Accounts Payable support
* Responsible for timely resolution of vendor’s queries
* Liase with all departments to ensure the vendor questions are dealt in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide AP information for internal use
* Communication on daily basis in English and German language
* Creating Helpdesk tickets in Remedy system and provide the activities for their solution
* Providing an excellent communication feedback in polite and timely manner

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

* University degree in Finance or Business
* Good accounting konwledge
* Fluency in German and English language - both spoken and written
* SAP / Oracle knowledge is an advantage
