Job description, responsibilities and duties
Letisko M. R. Štefánika – Airport Bratislava, a.s. (BTS) is currently seeking a suitable candidate for a high-profile role of „Manager Airport Passenger Service“.
Main duties:
• Ensure the highest possible quality of experience for our customers
• Lead a team of Passenger Service Agents in charge of selling and issuing airline tickets, check-in passengers and their baggage, boarding passengers into flights
• Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Maximize both productivity and flexibility of available resources
• Optimize administration process and procedures
• Report to CEO on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures
