- Development of the supplier quality
- Monitoring of the supplier quality performance
- Realization of quality meetings with suppliers
- Conducting of supplier quality audits acc. VDA 6.3
- Define and initiate quality improving actions with our suppliers
- Preparation, monitoring and implementation of action plans
- Negotiation of quality agreements with the suppliers
