We are looking for a new team member to our ISG Product Release Operations group, which has gone through the transformation and complete reorganization towards higher efficiency and smart processes.
Business Analyst & Improvement Specialist is a key new role in the new structure, leading transformation projects and smart initiatives across organization. You are going to report to : Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence based in Bratislava.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
· to seek opportunities for improvements in business processes within his organization,
· to explore and identify specific gaps, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in those processes,
· to work with all process stakeholders to map out processes into standardized format,
· to do deep-dive analysis and to formulate data driven recommendations to management,
· to estimate savings (time or manual effort) on those recommendations,
· to lead transformation projects and smart initiatives across organization.
