It delivers a unified, common and consistent Partner experience globally, bringing multiple strands of our Partners' services into one place and designed to drive better collaborating business end to end.

Job Summary
The Global Channel Services Program Manager role will be responsible for understanding the current and future capabilities of Lenovo Partner Hub and creating a strategy for Services integration throughout to create, drive and enable global channel Services. The role would be the execution of the inclusion, feature and highlight of Services within all capabilities by working cross-functionally with Services teams to drive supporting content and training as well as working directly with channel teams and Business Partners to drive Partner usage. And in turn, educating and enabling our internal channel communities, business leaders, and Business Partners to better align with our Services transformation.

What You'll Do
Working as the Services Program Manager, you must have strong leadership, planning, facilitation, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills. Communication, in particular, is key to this role, interacting and working with multiple platform, program, content, business and channel owners, leaders and executives, across multiple cross-functional teams, organisations and business units globally. In the role of the Program Manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Lenovo Partner Hub and our whole Services portfolio will be key.

It will require owning, working with and enabling multiple stakeholders across the business to help clearly articulate, implement and execute on appropriate Services technical, functional and content needs and requirements on Lenovo Partner Hub to support and drive strategic Services initiatives and priorities consistently and with high quality. The Program Manager role is designed to bring Services interaction, integration, enablement, efficiency, process, content and standardisation to the organisation, through the Partner portal.

Identify opportunities within Lenovo Partner Hub where Services could or should be present, featured or highlighted, to play a key part in helping ramp up Services sales, attach and penetration rates through our external channel community; leveraging existing or new programs, initiatives, campaigns or deliverables. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and functional owners, locally, in-geo and globally to ensure Services content is current and correct to support the channel strategy. Leveraging the portal capabilities and cross-functional teamwork to create a formal Certification Program will be foundationally critical to future Channel Services strategy. Collaboration is key in making this a success.

Data is also key. Obtaining, analysing and using data to monitor and ramp up Partner usage of Services content, tools and functionality is critical to help measure the success, but just as importantly to help identify gaps or opportunities to address.

It is also important to be a key, active and vocal member of the Lenovo Services team and also virtual teams across the Lenovo Partner Hub communities covering all aspects of the Lenovo business.

Ultimately, be the global expert of all things Services on the Lenovo Partner Hub and how to utilise and leverage for maximum benefit to the Services organisation.

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

what will you do

- 5+ years of Channel Management and/or Program Management (Services experience is a plus)
- Strategic enablement planning and implementation
- Managing cross-functional projects and ability to utilize data to drive decisions and strategy; leveraging top-down executive alignment to create ease of doing business
- Experience working with a cross section of teams, across cultural and Geos (time differences)
- Ability to develop and implement a communication structure and strategy to deliver key messaging across internal and external stakeholders (Business Partners, internal Channel community, product management, marketing, and GEO counterparts)
- Experience establishing and presenting simple, effective, and powerful project tracking and updates to executives
- Operational strength to understand issues and ability to create innovative solutions and leverage strategic relationships to overcome
- Strong presentation skills in building and delivering executive-level presentations
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree required
