Finance and Accounting Specialist
who are we looking for
• Experience in FP&A and Accounting - ideally in a global organization (3-5 years)
• Excellent skills with software tools / systems (MS Excel - advanced, SAP experience)
• Fluent Business English (oral and written); another European language is an advantage
• Finance or Business Administration Degree preferred

what will you do
Main area: Accounting
• Main contact to outsourced accounting teams
• Execution and monitoring of all closing tasks according to the closing schedule
• Continuous review of all ledger entries and clarification with accounting teams (review of account information and profit center)
• Request of manual entries (Medion, ICAs, MEA-adjustments, ...)
• Maintenance of profit centers and cost centers (Finance master data)
• Approval process for invoices and payments and alignment with forecast and ledger entries
• Monitoring of all Services-related BS-positions of all relevant entities
Secondary area: FP&A
• Analysis of variances and key cost drivers
• Continuous monitoring of usage accounts and reconciliation with Ops-data
• Support of monthly closing with continuous analysis of entries and comparison to forecast-data
• Support of annual budgeting process
• Data loading into BPC
