Sales Transformation Program Leader
who are we looking for
This position will be responsible for the delivery of the Sales Transformation initiative within EMEA, reporting directly to the EMEA Chief Channel Officer. This individual will represent EMEA’s requirements as part of the WW project, and will ensure that the EMEA organisation is ready to implement the changes. The position calls for an experienced professional who can challenge the status quo, lead change, drive commitments to keep timelines and is able to communicate to all levels in the business.

what will you do
• Provide program management, development, planning and guidance to ensure that key transformation objectives are met
• Effectively lead/conduct key stakeholders briefings to support and optimize change management activities
• Efficiently lead the development and delivery of optimized processes to support both Lenovo sales teams and the external channel organization
• Provide strategic direction and expert leadership to all support organizations on all sales transformation related issues
• Work directly with the sales team members, as well as with the Geo executive team, on a regular basis
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are essential for all internal and external interactions
• Frequently explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner to different levels of the organization
• Influence and advise upper management and leadership on critical and strategic decisions or business issues.
• Negotiate requirements that have significant objectives/impact, where frequently no precedent exists
• Analyze complex or new situations; manage business solutions or develops/implements new approaches, procedures or processes
• Provide ongoing leadership, guidance and counsel to other professionals and managers; directly influence people outside own department or function
