Our new colleague should have strong communications and marketing experience (minimum 5 years) in the IT Enterprise industry and show deep passion for customer experience (CX), our technology and our people and be willing to push the edge of innovation.

And what else?

 The professional should have strong management and leadership skills to develop a comms and marketing strategy with a special focus on expressing this through events.

 He/ she should have strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, strong English communication skills (verbal and written), and be a motivated self-starter.

 The ideal candidate has deep empathy and connection with our external and internal audiences, and a willingness to be bold and innovative in our approach to address the current IT changing marketplace.

what will you do

Four our EMEA Marketing team we are looking for new Event Marketing Manager who will be managing events and strategy for our Data Centers product Group.

Our new colleague will be developing process and infrastructure to support sales and local marketing teams in the engagement and the follow up of lead generated from Events.

As well as :
 Managing financial processes (Agency costing + PR generation + POE management + Budget management) and:
 Coordinating with BU / Product teams in the definition and development of a program to promote our value proposition
 Effectively managing our agencies (bellow the line, creation) and the respective processes
 Developing close relationships to counterparts in the business groups and WW to generate trust and receive best possible service
 Ensures we drives innovation in our event approach and keeps pace with new ways of connecting with our audiences.

Accountable for the EMEA events programs:
 Building and driving awareness by promoting and protecting Lenovo’s brand & reputation
 Driving consideration and preference for the Lenovo DCG portfolio for and including End Customers, Partners, Analyst, Media and Employees.
 Develops and coordinates the event strategy across the EMEA region and ensures consistent execution, including interlock with territories, best practice sharing, adherence to KPIs and effective reporting
