Senior Recruiter

Lenovo Services is looking for a senior recruiter to support hiring across all Europe.

Position Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally IT across EMEA region
- experience with full cycle recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviews
- being able to understand complex IT technical and sales roles
- Fluent English (knowledge of additional language is a plus)
- Personality: communicative, proactive

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

what will you do

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Managing full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and screening through managing interviews
• Sourcing passive and active candidates for positions in development: programmers, analysts, testers, release managers etc.
• Pre-screening of candidates and conducting 1st round interviews
• Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and attending all rounds of interviews
• Establishing a responsive and supporting relationship with multiple hiring managers
