who are we looking for

• Financial or Accounting Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting - ideally in a global organization
• Strong Excel (SAP / SQL knowledge advantageous, but not mandatory)
• Fluent Business English (oral and written). Another European language is an advantage.

what will you do

We have an exciting opportunity for you within CoE Lenovo – join our team as a Market Finance and Planning GTN senior analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for partnering with Lenovo EMEA finance teams to provide financial support for UK and Ireland.

The key Roles and Responsibilities are:

• Consolidates and reports GTN metrics for specific EMEA market (Gross to net revenue process - back end rebates, partners’ rebates, customers’ claims)
• Works on monthly and quarterly closing as focal for specific market (FBA reviews). Participates / leads the financial review after closing
• Provides / calculates / consolidates data / business results as a basis for forecasts
• Administration of the tools, monthly / quarterly set up of the system, approvals of GTN spending
• Maintains the market GTN structure and ensures the proper structure is implemented, sets up factors on timely basis
• Follows and implements processes to ensure audit compliance
• Involved in projects related to the improvement of processes
• Cooperation with internal customers (rarely with external), supporting business and cooperating with various internal teams (reporting, finance, back end claims)
• Ad hoc analysis
