Incentives & Commissions and Reporting Manager

who are we looking for

• You have 5 – 7 years’ experience in a sales operations, commission management, finance, or accounting positions
• You have managed teams for at least 2 years
• You have experience of leading teams in an environment that is driven by processes and time critical milestones, while maintaining team engagement and enthusiasm
• You have high level of proficiency in data analytics and problem solving
• You communicate clearly and concisely in English (both in oral & written form)
• You are open for change and new challenges and have implemented changes in the past
• You have project management skills
• Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting, business management or another subject area with a strong analytic basis is a plus

what will you do

I this position, you will ensure Lenovo Sales employees in Data Center Group are paid their Sales commissions timely and accurately based on their quarterly Sales performance. You will be working with the management in all market/country teams, specifically with the 3rd party supplier of the Incentive and Commissions system. This is a key role for the success of the Lenovo Incentives & Commissions (I&C) and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the EMEA I&C team for Data Center Group (DCG)
• Lead the EMEA reporting team for Data Center Group
• Ensure all business reports are produced on a daily and regular manner
• Ensure quota letters are deployed quarterly
• Ensure acceptances are gathered and stored according to process
• Manage claim/dispute process
• Govern EMEA DCG sales plan
• Responsible for sales commission accounting accrual
• Responsible for sales plan expense analysis and recommendations
• Responsible for executive reporting on results
• Drive improvement solutions with the team to optimize reports and internal tools

People management scope:
• Act as a role model, ensure regular and value add communication
