Services Sales Operations and Reporting Manager

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Superior MS Excel skills (VBA & Macros)
• Database skills: SQL server - advanced
• SSIS knowledge - nice to have
• QlikView / QlikSense knowledge is an advantage
• MS Access - nice to have
• Strong communication skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, data tracking, having discussions with people abroad)
• Very good organizational skills, including prioritization, time-management and multi-tasking
• English - proficient

University education (Master's degree)

In this role, you will support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) services sales team with the reporting, planning and forecasting activities. This is a senior subject matter expert role, not a people manager.

Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to increase sales
• Continuous support of the users (all services functions), development of ad hoc reports and identification of process improvement opportunities
• Develop sales plans and go to market plans to support service business upsell
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets
• Based on user requirements, design and maintain the data the models and develop the report and visualization on QlikSense platform
• Improve the efficiency of data collection, analysis and reporting through automation
• Assist with performance and tuning of Qlik applications
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
