Position Description
Operation Responsibilities
The position is responsible for partnering with Sales Teams to provide Pricing / financial support guided by a Delegation Matrix, to drive incremental sales and profit for Lenovo.
Key responsibilities include Product Pricing, Internal customer relationship & compliance.
Business partner of Sales team/Organization, helping and giving guidance
Needs to help evaluating process E2E in order to improve process overall (Sr. Analyst)

Specifically
Special Bid (P&L): prepare the P&L to get the level of profitability required to get the requested price approved.
Quotation approval
Special Bids Analysis
Back end bids processing
Compliance test execution
Audit support
Process Improvement
Special projects: Work on special projects that have an impact on the entire Pricing Team and that provide company with benefits or improved performance. (Sr Analyst)

Position Requirements
Experience Requirements
Minimum experience – 2 years experience in pricing or Finance/Planning areas. (3 years for Sr. Analyst)
Preferred experience – Experience with Pricing
Skill Requirements
Financial / Analytical skills
Finance / Accounting degree
Partnering & Collaboration skills
Advanced SAP/ Microsoft Office Suite skills mainly Excel
Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management.
Communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally
Ability to work in dynamic environment
Team work spirit
Education Requirements
Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance/Accounting, or similar
Preferred Education – Masters degree, Finance / Finance
Language Requirements
Fluent oral and written English/Portuguese
