Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role overview:
The HR project manager will play a key role in identifying and driving the projects of the HR Service Centre in enlarging its scope. As part of an overall strategy to standardize, centralize and automate HR processes, the manager will lead transitions, supervise newly created teams and act as a partner for internal customers.
The role will be based in a European Business Services Center in Košice.

Responsibilities will be to:
- Lead projects of transitioning HR scope into the Service Centre in Košice
- Lead the teams of HR specialists in transition and in later stages of the project
- Analyse, evaluate and propose transition plans, manage them from the project management point of view, act as a partner for the partner in the scope
- Design processes to standardize, centralize and automate them across Europe (payroll, personal administration, compensation and benefit)
- Design and execute strategies related to HR projects (e.g. communication, change management)
- Develop HR strategies and execute priorities, oversee and enhance compliance processes mainly in the Europe region

Personality requirements and skills

Required professional experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll, personal administration or senior HR role in multinational company
- Min 1 mid-size HR project leadership experience
- Preferably experience in HR transformation programs or projects in complex corporate environments
- Preferably, background in consulting as well as corporate environment
- Proven stakeholder management and people management competencies

Knowledge and skills:
- Very good experience in payroll, personal administration, comp and ben
- Sound knowledge if international assignments and global mobility topics
- Practical experience with SAP
- Expertise of working in a central shared service center
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Required education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Payroll, Economics, Auditing, Finance and related fields

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
