Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring of support mailbox / ticketing application for reported issues and required changes
- Troubleshooting and analysis of the issues raised by end users to extend agreed with technical teams
- Communication and coordination with users on reported issues, resolution of issues and request in ticketing application
- Provision of general information about the tools (definitions, navigation in tool, access to the tool) to end users
- Communication and coordination with technical teams and IT specialist teams on issue resolution
- Participation on monthly validations as a part of month end closing process, support of regular release process, mainly execution of testing and validation activities in corporate reporting applications
- Management of user accounts and resolution of requests/problems related to user management
- User management tasks performed and fully documented in compliance with the defined internal and external audit governance framework

Personality requirements and skills

- Sound knowledge of the accounting standards (IFRS), knowledge of SAP FC, BW and Qlikview
- Strong analytical thinking
- Very good MS Office
- Ability to react promptly on issue raised
- Very good communication skills
- Good time management and organization of own work
- Ability to focus on details
- Foster teamwork and cooperation
- Customer focus
- Flexibility to travel if required

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)
