Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities will be:
- perform grading/banding to evaluate job positions (strong knowledge of Hay grading methodology required)
- analyze, prepare and update job descriptions evaluations and classifications
- administer and manage a company's employee benefits and retirement programs
- coordinate retirement, pension, profit-sharing and stock ownership plans
- provide support to HR Managers, Home and Host Country teams, team related to Compensation and Benefits
- maintain processes to reflect the compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- follow compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- analyse salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
- ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- follow established and upgrade processes, policies, and procedures, create and update control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
- conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
- contribute to operational improvement initiatives
- provide back-up to other team members related to international assignment and group processes

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
- University education in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
- strong knowledge of Hay Grading min 2 years, job/bands evaluation
- HR experience min 2 years
- advanced English
- MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate
- strong Knowledge of HR processes related to compensation and benefits

- practical thinking & problem solving, positive approach and open minded personality
- flexibility to travel

Required education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
