Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Shared Service Center is looking for a new colleague experienced in reporting/controlling processes.

About The Role:
The HR Analyst & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the Audit & Reporting functionalities within the HR technology environment. A main focus of the role is to ensure data alignment and strict adherence to HR data control principles. Additionally, as a member of the international team, this role will play a key role in providing overall system support for other modules of SuccessFactors. Support ranges from system guidance, ticket management, issue resolution and supporting mass changes for the regional users.

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global and regional audits of data completion and accuracy in SuccessFactors and other HR tools
- Act proactively as a source of proposals for new features, improvements to improve and increase data alignment
- Provide support to business by problem management troubleshooting
- Coordinate and implement with the team and subject matter experts on design and review of functionalities & improvements in SuccessFactors and other HR tools

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - expert

Personality requirements and skills

- English language min. B2
- University degree, preferably business, finance or similar
- Experience in the Reporting, Controlling or Auditing activities
- Experience in the realm of HR data is a plus
- Preferable experience within the HR function and/or HRIS projects e.g. SAP/SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of SAP HCM solutions is a plus
- SuccessFactors formal training is a plus
- Prior HRIS support (remote) is a plus
