Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Shared Service Center is looking for a new colleague experienced in reporting processes and project management, ideally within the HR field.

If you are searching for a further development in HR area, we have an opportunity for you to gain more skills, knowledge and experience in an international team.

The role of HR Reporting and Innovations Specialist is a part of the Global HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with regions and countries employee data audits to assure completion and accuracy.

You will act as the support and guide for countries and other functions & departments within the Group to achieve alignment and consistency across the various reporting initiatives

You will lead and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement of data quality and reporting.

You can look forward to act as Project Manager for ad hoc projects in Innovation, Transformation & other HR related areas.

Your responsibility will also be to act proactively as a source of proposals for new features and improvements to increase data alignment.

As well as support the implementation of a high performance culture through the right analytics.

Personality requirements and skills

- English - upper intermediate (B2)
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics preferably in the HR or Financial area
- Experience with project management
- Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidence when dealing with sensitive data
- High attention to detail
- Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- You are an independent worker
- Mature judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with professionalism

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Expert
