Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role overview: R2R Process Expert _ Project Manager
- Is a single point of contact for the team of finance experts and an interface between IT Centre and local companies for the technical issues
- Coordinates testing of SAP, new systems or implementations
- Participates in workshops and leads allocated projects in the area of Finance
- Identifies and manages end-to-end process initiatives to further optimize and automate Finance (Record-to-report) end-to-end processes
- Ensures full transparency on performance and compliance with comprehensive performance measurement
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze processes, propose and implement solutions aiming for end-to-end process standardization, compliance, optimization, automation to achieve process efficiencies
- Ensure Finance process designs are consistent with best practices, investigating process improvement initiatives where appropriate and constantly aiming for improvements
- Review of process performance and compliance with aim to take necessary actions to increase performance and compliance
- Define the fundamentals for proper performance and compliance tracking: service level agreement (SLA) & reversed SLA (RSLA), relevant Key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance and compliance tracking, access new service requests and maintains Service Catalogue
- Provide solution for SAP Authorizations for Finance end users, technical issues identifying and support problem solving (including process and system setting issues)

- O2C, P2P, MDM process knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in managing and delivering improvement projects
- Shared service center role is preferable
- Experience in managing project teams
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration, customizing and architecture
Education:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- MBA or Lean, Six sigma certification is an asset
Other requirements:
- Project Management Skills
- Functional knowledge in the end to end process, integrated view of the key processes in an organization
- SAP ERP knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Skills including MS Project
- Presentation skills
