Your Role and Responsibilities :
Perform accounting entries related AR and AP.
Keep track of due invoices and initiate payments on time.
Perform AR analysis, if needed calculate provision for doubtful accounts and record the accounting entries.
Record all transactions visible on bank accounts - payroll, received payments for AR, outgoing payments to vendors, bank fees, pensions, etc.
Perform reconciliations on bank accounts with the aim on no variances.
Revenue and cost accounting - calculate accruals / deferrral, book the entries and perform reconciliations of the accounts.
Maintain high accuracy and integrity, no variances on the accounts and up to date all control points with no defects.
Perform analysis on those accounts and present the results to management.
Support internal and external audits.
