We are looking for a new colleague who would manage our department of key account customers, develop IT sales and after he would take over the whole sales department of Konica Minolta Slovakia.

Job role:
• Managerial responsibility of key accounts department
• Development of IT sales and mentoring of IT consultants
• Relationship building with new and existing key customers of Konica Minolta
• Identifying trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition
• Management and development the sales team, build capabilities, lead effective teamwork
• Definition, monitoring and evaluation of team sales targets
• Project management – the responsibility for the successful implementation
• Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
• Spotting the market opportunities for new customers and advising the team on the trends in the area

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
• Strong leader charisma and innovative approach
• At least 5 years of proven working experience with direct sales management function (ideally in the field of systems integration or ITS)
• Proven experience with team management is required
• Proven business development and networking capabilities – the director will lead by example in bringing in the sales opportunities
• English language on advanced level is a must
• Focus on relationship building, proven achievements in acquiring of the new key client
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-Starter – ability to execute and implement changes
• Strategic thinking in sales and business development
• Drive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions oriented person
• Winning approach and positive thinking
