Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a dedicated Server Administrator who will be located in Vrable, Slovakia. Their primary responsibility is to maintain servers and equipment in the company datacenters, cloud and remote sites. This includes maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, operating systems, applications, SANs, and fibre switches.

- Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining all virtual and physical servers at the datacenters or remote sites for software and hardware issues.
- Responsibility for backups, power management, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Responsibility for domain controllers, Sites & Services, DNS, replication, Group Policy, DHCP, and cloud sync in Active Directory
- Maintaining and monitoring the cloud environment of Azure/Office365.
- Maintaining and following all security policies and intended security as set forth by IT Management.
- Creating/updating documents for IT, including matrices, equipment lists and others.
- Utilizing the ticketing and notification system for activity tracking and historical reference.
- Maintaining software – installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, troubleshooting, and removing applications on servers and related equipment.
- Maintaining hardware – troubleshooting issues, decommissioning, managing warranty repairs, resolving issues at remote sites.
- Maintaining inventory – tracking stock status, cleaning and organizing storage areas, maintaining server rooms and wiring closets.
