Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Use your passion for driving top talent into the organization to source candidates for
high-need areas and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for all operative roles.
• Work directly with contacts who help to promote our open roles within their social communities
• Utilize resources for directly sourcing top talent, including (but not limited to) LinkedIn and referrals
• Demonstrate the ability to creatively problem solve and prioritize when urgent situations arise
• Leverage your commitment to hiring quality by screening candidates to identify how they positively contribute to KONE experience and overall organizational culture
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring managers to ensure that candidates passed to them meet their staffing needs
• Demonstrate your attention to detail by maintaining candidate/job requisition records in database and assisting with administrative recruitment tasks.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Outstanding communication skills in Czech and Slovak
language, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• The ability to listen to requirements and create action
