Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an HR Services Agent you will be:

• supporting and advising KONE employees of all levels on using HR tools
• supporting KONE colleagues in Norway on different HR process-related queries and administrative actions
• processing different transactions and handling employees' and managers' queries
• validating if all required information or documentation is provided prior executing transactions
• working together with HR colleagues within HR Services, Center of Expertise and Unit HR roles to support business and provide smooth and consistent user experience
• you will cover wide HR issues scope - master data and reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward and recognition, learning and development

• Basic wage component starting from 1000€/ month gross. The final offer depends on relevant experience and language skills

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Finnish - Advanced (C1)
