Bonus Analyst with Excel and English (KONE Business Services)

Bonus Analyst with Excel and English is the key contact for KPI owners when submitting business goal data for bonus outcome calculation​, is is responsible for administering the collection and consolidating the scorecard data to a required format so that it can be used in the bonus outcome calculation.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

Supporting of the bonus process
Planning and running scorecard data collection testing
Ensuring correct linkages between performance targets/results of employees and their bonus calculations
Defining and setting up the eligibility rules in Workday
Data collection in the system (ensuring correct Master data)
Supporting employee country transfer process (ensuring correct payment splits and data upload, responsible for employee extraction and other technicalities in the system)
Interacting with different global stakeholders and driving the process

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1560 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
