Customer Success centric Business Analyst

Koger, the world's leading provider of fund administration software solutions, seeks talented and motivated candidates to fill Costumer Success centric Business Analyst position.
Responsibilities will include:
- reviewing and categorizing client cases
- managing client escalations in a quick and efficient manner both with the client and lead internal communications with product managers and product owners for resolution
- analyzing and working through client's requests from start to finish (Bugs, New functionality)
- developing a strong client relationship. Drive clients adding more assets to the system and services.
- leading client meetings and managing client upgrades
- testing our financial software
- providing trainings and knowledge transfer to both clients and internal colleagues as required
