Fieldwork/Office Manager

What can you expect in your daily work?

Responsibility for the entire process of human resource management in each project – beginning with the recruitment of interviewers, their training and feedback, up to their evaluation and remuneration.

You will be involved in the planning of the entire project, which involves many steps throughout the data collection process, covering both, the organizational and financial aspects.

Your tasks will also include maintenance of the respondent’s database, management of their bonus program and motivation for their long-term cooperation.

You can also expect a routine agenda associated with the operational management of the office. It offers many different activities every day and you won’t definitely be bored with us!

What do we expect from you?

You have experience in human resource management.

You are familiar with the issues of independent project management.

You are native Czech or Slovak, however you can speak and write in English on daily basis.

You could respond to unexpected situations and stress caused by time pressure or lack of information.

You understand people and have a pro-client approach with the ability to identify the needs of others.

You do like to organize things and be focused on detail.

You are educated in marketing, social sciences, economics, or related specialization.
